John Delco (hereafter “Plaintiff”) filed Objections to the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation on February 1, 2019 [doc. no. 51]. SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, this the 1st day of February, 2019. s/ HENRY T. WINGATE UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE
