The Motion is unopposed. The Court finds that the Motion is well-taken and should be granted. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs Avon Coffer and Kamechie Coffer are DISMISSED from this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
