In accordance with the oral opinion set out on the record at the hearing held on January 7, 2016, a transcript of which is attached to this judgment, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Commissioner's decision denying plaintiff's application for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§401 et seq., and application for supplemental security income (SSI) benefits under Title XVI of the Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 et seq., is affirmed.
