MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendant BASF's motion to dismiss (#109) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiffs' Count VI for fraudulent concealment is DISMISSED.
