MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This matter is before the Court upon the motion of plaintiff George F. Aldridge, Jr., for
the appointment of counsel. As plaintiff has filed a second motion to appoint counsel, the instant
motion is moot, and will be denied as such.
Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion to appoint counsel (Docket No. 4) is
DENIED as moot.
