MEMORANDUM OPINION re: 58 MOTION for Relief Creditor's Bill in Equity and to Pierce the Corporate Veil filed by Plaintiffs, 61 MOTION for Relief Acceptance of Memorandum Opinion filed by Plaintiffs - ORDERED Pltffs are entitled to a creditor& #039;s bill in order to satisfy the judgment against defts from the assets of its alter ego. Therefore, a judgemnt of $78,691.98 shall be entered against Miller Building Group, LLC, Miller Demolition, LLC, and JLM Operating, and Jimmie Miller. Finally, pltffs have shown that the conveyance of real property by deft to JLM Real Estate Investment, LLC was a fraudulent conveyance. Therefore, this transaction will be set aside..
