MEMORANDUM OPINION - For the reasons articulated above, the court finds that the decision of the ALJ is supported by substantial evidence on the record as a whole and that the Commissioners decision, therefore, should be affirmed.Accordingly, IT IS H EREBY ORDERED that the relief sought by Plaintiff in her Brief in Support of Complaint is DENIED; Doc. 15 . IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that separate Judgment shall be entered in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff in the instant cause of action and incorporating this Memorandum Opinion.
