IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' joint motion for oral argument [Doc. 302] is DENIED. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that this matter is set for a status conference in chambers on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. Counsel must attend this conference, with their calendars, in order to set a trial date and a time for court-ma ndated ADR and to resolve whether or not these cases will be consolidated for jury trial, among other matters.
