MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of Defendant/Counterclaim Plaintiff James Joyce to cancel Court-ordered mediation is DENIED, as is Joyce's alternative request that Plaintiff/Counterclaim Defendant be order to pay for the medication 89 .
