MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion of plaintiff's counsel for an award of attorney's fees (Doc. 23) under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, is sustained in part and denied in part. Plaintiff is awarded the total sum of $4,276.35. The payment of the award under the EAJA shall be awarded directly to plaintiffs counsel, Brigid A. McNamara. Signed by Magistrate Judge David D.
