UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF MISSOURI EASTERN DIVISION TORREY DAVIDSON, Petitioner, vs. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Case No. 4:11CV1370 CDP MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Torrey Davidson’s motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is before me on my review of the file. In Ground 3 of his motion, Davidson claims that he received ineffective assistance of counsel when his attorney failed to communicate his acceptance of a three-year plea agreement to the government. Frye, 132 S. Ct. 1399 (2012); Lafler v. Cooper, 132 S. Ct. 1376 (2012). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(a)(2), Stephen R.
