ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
Upon review of the record in this case, the Court finds that Defendants Board of Trustees,
Salem Public Library and Glenda Woffard have failed to file Responses to pending Motion to Strike
Jury Demands [ECF No. 20] filed by Plaintiff Anaka Hunter on March 12, 2012.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Board of Trustees, Salem Public Library and
Glenda Woffard shall show cause, no later than April 5, 2012, why Plaintiff’s Motion to Strike Jury
Demands should not be granted.
