MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANTS’ DISCOVERY REQUESTS
Comes now Plaintiff and moves this Court for a two-week extension, though and
including November 19, 2012, for Plaintiff to serve her responses to Defendants’ written
discovery requests. In support, Plaintiff states:
1.
On October 4, 2012, Defendants served upon Plaintiff interrogatories and a
request for production. Plaintiffs’ responses are due November 5, 2012.
2.
Plaintiff requires additional time respond as a result of an injury that required her
to undergo surgery on November 2, 2012.
3.
Plaintiff requests an extension through November 19, 2012, to serve her
responses.
