MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion to compel [ECF No. 41 ] is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant shall produce the documents requested in paragraphs 1, 3, and 9 of Plaintif f's First Request for Production of Documents, as described above, no later than May 30, 2013. Any motion for summary judgment must be filed no later than June 14, 2013. Responses in opposition shall be filed within twenty-one (21) days, and a ny Replies shall be filed within seven (7) days thereafter. IT IF FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Answer [ECF Co. 45 ] is GRANTED. Defendant's Answer to Amended Complaint [ECF NO. 45-1] is accepted for filing.
