MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that those Defendants Doe #2 through Doe #91 who are still in the action are SEVERED from this action and the claims against them are DISMISSED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defe ndant Doe #33's motion to quash or modify subpoena, Defendant Doe #59's motion to contest subpoena, and Defendant Doe #12's motion to dismiss are DENIED as moot. (Doc. Nos. 12, 13, and 30) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff� 39;s motion for an extension of time to serve the complaint is GRANTED with regard to Defendant Doe #1, to the extent that Plaintiff shall have 60 days from the date of this Order to serve Defendant Doe #1.
