IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the decision of the Commiss ioner denying plaintiffs applications for disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act and for supplemental security income under Title XVI of the Social Security Act is AFFIRMED, and plaintiffs complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice.
