JUDGMENT IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that judgment is entered in favor of defendant Patrick R. Donahoe, Postmaster General, and against plaintiff Benny Williams, Jr. on plaintiff's claims brought pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq., for employment discrimination based on age.
