MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re: MOTION for Attorney Fees filed by Plaintiff Cletis Beck ; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Petition for Award of Attorney Fees Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (ECF No. 23 ) is GRANTED in the amount of $4,7733.00. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that said award shall be made payable to the Plaintiff subject to any applicable offset to satisfy any pre-existing debt that Plaintiff may owe to the United States..
