MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants' motion for an extension of time [# 37 ] is granted, and any motion for summary judgment must be filed no later than January 30, 2015. Opposition briefs shall be filed no later than M arch 2, 2015, and any reply brief may be filed no later than March 12, 2015. Failure to timely file a motion for summary judgment will waive a party's right to do so before trial.
