MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants' motion to dismiss (ECF #10) is DENIED in part and GRANTED in part. The motion is denied to the extent that plaintiff's complaint states claims under §l692e(2)(A) and §1692g(a)(l) and granted to the extent that the complaint fails to state claims under § l 692d and § l 692f.
