OPINION MEMORANDUM AND ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant OHaras motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, [Doc. No. 13] is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs complaint against OHara is dismissed for lack of personal jur isdiction. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs claim for attorneys fees is stricken, without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Counts I, II, III, VII, and VIII are dismissed, without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs are given leave to file an Amended Complaint within 14 days from the date of this Opinion, Memorandum and Order. 13 ( Response to Court due by 4/12/2018.)
