TO FILE REPLY SUGGESTIONS IN SUPPORT OF
MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN EXCESS OF 10 PAGES
Defendant LegalZoom.com, Inc. (“LegalZoom”) respectfully requests leave to file its
Reply Suggestions in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment in excess of ten (10) pages.
In support of this request, LegalZoom states as follows:
On April 4, 2011, the Court granted LegalZoom’s unopposed motion seeking excess
pages for its Suggestions in Support of its Motion for Summary Judgment. (Docs. 83-84.) On
April 27, 2011, the Court granted the parties’ joint motion seeking additional time and pages for
their Suggestions in Opposition to each other’s summary judgment motions. (Docs. 104-105.)
LegalZoom now needs additional pages to adequately address the numerous significant issues
raised in Plaintiffs’ extended Suggestions in Opposition. In accordance with Local Rule 7.0(f),
LegalZoom requests the Court’s permission to include up to ten (10) additional pages in its
Reply Suggestions. LegalZoom has consulted with counsel for Plaintiffs, who do not oppose this
request.

WHEREFORE, LegalZoom respectfully requests the Court’s permission to include up to
ten (10) additional pages in its Reply Suggestions in Support of Defendant LegalZoom.com,
Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment in accordance with Local Rule 7.0(f).
