Minute Entry. Proceedings held before District Judge Nanette K. Laughrey: Teleconference held regarding Plaintiffs' Motion to Re-Open Limited Discovery and Compel Production [Doc. 123]. The Court ordered the defendant to produce to plaintiff within seven days the recent advertisement with the understanding there will be no disputes about authenticity or being aired on a public media, etc. The defendant raised an issue regarding the list of opted out individuals received from Plaintiff.
