CLASS CERTIFICATION IN EXCESS OF 15 PAGES
Come Now, Plaintiffs, by and through counsel, and respectfully request this Court for leave to
file Suggestions in Support of Class Certification in excess of fifteen pages and states as follows:
Plaintiffs have filed a Class Action Complaint against Defendant LegalZoom.com alleging
violations of various Missouri laws. In order to adequately set forth the legal arguments supporting
Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification, Plaintiffs request leave to file suggestions in support of their
Motion for Class Certification in excess of fifteen pages. Therefore, plaintiffs respectfully request
leave to file their Suggestions in Support of their Motion for Class Certification in excess of fifteen
pages as permitted by Local Rule 7.1 (f).
