DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUGGESTIONS
IN OPPOSITION TO CLASS CERTIFICATION IN EXCESS OF 15 PAGES
Come now, Defendant LegalZoom.com, Inc., by and through counsel, and respectfully
requests leave to file its Suggestions in Opposition to Class Certification in excess of fifteen (15)
pages. In support of this request, LegalZoom states as follows:
Plaintiffs have filed their Motion for Class Certification in this case and LegalZoom is to
file its papers in opposition tomorrow, October 8, 2010.

In order to adequately respond,

LegalZoom needs a few additional pages, and in accordance with Local Rule 7.1(f) requests
leave for up to five (5) additional pages. LegalZoom has consulted with Plaintiffs and they have
no objection to this request, which is identical to the request Plaintiffs made with regard to their
moving papers.
WHEREFORE, LegalZoom respectfully requests leave to file its Suggestions in
Opposition to Class Certification in excess of fifteen (15) pages as permitted by Local Rule
7.1(f).
