In support of its motion, West Publishing states as follows: 1. 2. 3. On March 3, 2010, Plaintiff's Complaint was served on West Publishing. West Publishing's response to the Complaint is due on March 24, 2010. West Publishing requires additional time to prepare a responsive pleading. This is West Publishing's first request for an extension. 4. Counsel for Plaintiff, John Steward, has consented to a 30-day extension for West Publishing to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint. WHEREFORE, West Publishing respectfully requests that this Court enter an order extending the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint by 30 days, up to and including April 23, 2010.
