JOINT MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
Plaintiffs IHOP IP, LLC and International House of Pancakes, LLC and
defendants International House of Prayer, Friends of the Bridegroom, Inc., Shiloh
Ministries, Inc. and Mike Bickle jointly move for the entry of a Protective Order in the
above-referenced case. In support of their joint motion, the parties state as follows:
1.

Documents and information subject to discovery in this case contain

and/or reflect proprietary and/or confidential information, which the parties seek to
protect from unauthorized disclosure.
2.

Therefore, plaintiffs and defendants stipulate and agree to the provisions

outlined in the proposed Stipulated Protective Order.
3.

No memorandum of law is being submitted with this motion as the relief

requested rests within the sound discretion of the Court.
WHEREFORE, plaintiffs and defendants request that this Court approve and
enter the Stipulated Protective Order that is being submitted via email to Ms. Kerry
