JOINT MOTION TO RENEW CONSENT TO THE EXERCISE OF
JURISDICTION BY A UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Plaintiffs IHOP IP, LLC and International House of Pancakes, LLC and
defendants International House of Prayer, Friends of the Bridegroom, Inc., Shiloh
Ministries, Inc. and Mike Bickle jointly move to renew their consent to the exercise of
jurisdiction by United States Magistrate Judge Maughmer. In support of their joint
motion, the parties state as follows:

Plaintiffs IHOP IP, LLC and International House of Pancakes, LLC and
defendants International House of Prayer, Friends of the Bridegroom, Inc., Shiloh
Ministries, Inc. and Mike Bickle originally consented to the exercise of jurisdiction by
United States Magistrate Judge Maughmer.

One of the other original defendants, International House of Prayer East
Bay, did not consent, at which time the case was transferred to a United States District
Judge and ultimately assigned to United States District Judge Laughrey. The nonconsenting defendant has since been dismissed from the present action pursuant to a
settlement agreement.

The parties remaining in the case now reaffirm their consent to assignment
of the above-captioned case to United States Magistrate Judge Maughmer.
WHEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(c) and Rule
73, Fed. R. Civ. P., the undersigned parties waive the right to proceed before a United
States District Judge and voluntarily consent to have United States Magistrate Judge
Maughmer conduct any and all further proceedings in the case, including the trial, and
order the entry of a final judgment.
