The Court reviewed the motion and finds good cause exists for an extension until July 7, 2014. Defendant may seek a further extension if the Hollis court has not ruled on Defendant’s request to transmit sealed documents to this Court by that time. Also, in the future, motions for extension of time should be filed five (5) calendar days before the deadline. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED Defendant’s Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time (Doc. #31) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendant shall file its reply brief on or before July 7, 2014.
