been heard by the Court, and the Court finding that irreparable injury will result to the moving
party if an order is not issued until the time for responding has elapsed, and good cause
appearing therefore:

hearing and determination of the plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction.
Let a copy of this ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, together
with a copy of the supporting AFFIDAVIT and MOTION FOR p RELIMINARY INJUNCTION be served
upon the Trustee or its attorney, via facsimile or e-mail, not less than three (3) days prior to the
date set for a hearing.
