CV-17-22-GF-BMM ORDER EXTENDING SCHEDULING ORDER DEADLINES UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Defendant. 14 15 Plaintiff, Lea Ann Malatare, by and through her counsel of record, 16 having filed an unopposed motion for an Order extending the deadlines for 17 expert disclosures, discovery and motions set forth in Paragraph 1 of the 18 Court’s Order dated July 27, 2017 (Doc. 14), 19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadlines for expert disclosures, 20 discovery and motions set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Court’s Order dated 21 July 27, 2017 (Doc. 14) are hereby amended as follows: 22 All parties shall disclose liability experts and Plaintiff shall disclose damages experts 24 on or before: 25 Defendant shall disclose damages experts on or before: 23 January 15, 2018 February 12, 2018 26 All parties shall disclose rebuttal experts 27 on or before: 28 Discovery shall close on: February 26, 2018 March 30, 2018 Discovery motions, with supporting briefs, shall be filed no later than 10 days following 2 the moving party’s compliance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(c) or 37(a)(3). 1 3 All pretrial motions, other than discovery motions, to include motions for summary judgment and motions in limine, shall be filed and fully briefed 5 on or before: 4 6 7 The Court’s Order dated July 27, 2017 (Doc. 14) shall remain in full force and effect in all other respects. 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 May 25, 2018 DATED this 9th day of November, 2017.
