CV-17-23-GF-BMM ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINES UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Defendant. 11 12 Plaintiff, Bobbi Jo Sellars, by and through her counsel of record, 13 having filed an unopposed motion for an Order extending the deadlines for 14 expert disclosures, discovery and motions set forth in Paragraph 1 of the 15 Court’s Order dated July 27, 2017 (Doc. 14), 16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadlines for expert disclosures, 17 discovery and motions set forth in Paragraph 1 of this Court’s Order dated 18 July 27, 2017 (Doc. 16) are hereby amended as follows: 19 All parties shall disclose liability experts and Plaintiff shall disclose damages experts 21 on or before: 22 Defendant shall disclose damages experts on or before: 20 January 15, 2018 February 12, 2018 23 All parties shall disclose rebuttal experts 24 on or before: 25 Discovery shall close on: Discovery motions, with supporting briefs, 26 shall be filed no later than 10 days following the moving party’s compliance with 27 Fed. R. Civ.
