R. Civ. P. 26(a)(l)(A)(i) and (ii) and L.R. 16.2(b)(l)." 2 The Plaintiffs Preliminary Pretrial Statement, filed on September, 14, 2017, fails to comply with the Court's August 9, 2017, Order. Plaintiffs Preliminary Pretrial Statement3 does not include the "city and state of residence of each individual known or believed to have information that may be used in proving or denying any party's claims or defenses" as required under L.R. l 6.2(b )(1 )(J).
