at least the following particulars:
I.
Plaintiffs Preliminary Pretrial Statement4 does not address the
matters listed in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(l)(A)(iii) and L.R. 16.2(b)(l)(E) and
required by the Court's May 29,2018, Order.

Defendant's Rule 26(a)(l) Initial Disclosure 5 does not address the
matters listed in L.R. 16.2(6)(1) and required by the Court's May 29, 2018, Order.
ORDERED:
