In accordance with Rule 56(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

Defendants Bitterroot Public Library, City of Hamilton, Dr. Robert Brophy, Trista
Smith, Nansu Roddy, Jerry Steele, Steve Snavely, Steven Bruner-Murphy, Ryan
Oster, Kenneth S. Bell and Jennifer Lint (collectively, "City Defendants") move

the Court for its Order granting summary judgment to the City Defendants on
Plaintiffs' federal claims. There are no genuine issues of material fact, and the

City Defendants are entitled to a judgment as a matter of law on Plaintiffs' federal
claims. Plaintiff has been contacted with respect to this motion, and he objects to

this motion. Further support for this motion is set forth in a brief and statement of
undisputed facts filed concurrently herewith.
