Plaintiff makes request to court that all remaining issues be set for trial Anderson v.

Liberty Lobby Inc. et. al. 477 US 242 (1986). Plaintiffreserves all issues in the
aforementioned for appeal due to Judicial Bias 28 USC §455 et. seq. ,ambiguity
with respect to immunity, denial of fundamental right in cause for 42 USC §1983
as well pled in the court docket of the aforementioned.
