Plaintiff presents request for denial of summary judgment, continue proceedings to
allow discovery of material facts from Defendants Rule 56(f) Anderson v. Liberty

Lobby Inc. 477 US 242 (1986). Affidavit in support of this motion and brief will
be filed concurrently on this date. Plaintiffhas not had time to discover
information from Defendants. Questions of subjective intent of Defendants,
Witnesses in aforementioned cannot be decided by summary judgment Harlow v.

Fitzgerald 457 US 800 (1982).
