1. I am the Plaintiff in this case.
2. I previously served Discovery requests, Interrogatories on Defendants.
3. It is apparent to me that conflicting accounts of Defendants, Witnesses have
arisen in this case that are material to this case.
4. Those conflicts can be resolved by deposition, sworn statement discovery.
5. I am expecting information from Defendants that win show more material
facts in this case that preclude summary judgment.
6. I have never committed a crime or admitted to such in Ravalli Co.
