On November 16,201l, Plaintiff filed a Motion to Set Remaining Issues for

Trial (Dkt. 159). Defendant, Lee Enterprises, Inc. ("Lee Enterprises"), is not
opposed to Plaintiff s motion to set all remaining issues for

trial. However, to

preserve judicial resources, Lee Enterprises suggests the Court postpone setting the

remaining issues for trial until ruling on the Defendants' various motions for
summary judgment. Further,

issues should remain following the Court's ruling

on the Defendants' motions for summary judgment, Lee Enterprises requests the

Court issue a Scheduling Order regarding the remaining issues, in accordance with

Local Rule 16.3.
