request and acquiring confidential, privileged information inter alia in violation of
F.R. Civ. P. Rule 26(b), bad faith conduct, abuse ofjudicial process, contempt of

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff Michael E. Spreadbury's motion
for Order ofNovember 28, 2011 is granted.

Defendant Boone is ORDERED to cease and desist all activity that harasses
Plaintiff outside of this court in bad faith, seeks information restricted by rules of
this court for privacy, federal statute for disclosure.
The Clerk of the US District Court for Montana Missoula Division is
directed to mail a true copy hereof to Plaintiff, Defendant counsel of record.
