US District Judge Donald W. Malloy has been established in aforementioned in three (3) pleadings for recusal as Board of Visitor for the University ofMontana Notice of Second Flnandallnfluence Cause 9:11cv-1l-64-DWM-JCL December 19, 2011 Law school as qualifYing financial influence. New information is US District Judge Donald W. Malloy is an adjunct professor at the University of Montana law school in Missoula Montana. As a material issue to this case, Angela Wetzsteon, former student clinic attendee in the US District Court under US Magistrate Lynch, US District Judge Malloy prior to graduation in 2008 from the University of Montana Law School. Ms. Wetzsteon prosecuted law without proper supervision in violation of Plaintiff's right to speedy trial, confrontation of witnesses inter alia. Federal statute 28 USCĀ§455(b) et. seq. requires US District Judge Donald W. Malloy to recuse himself from the case due to financial influences, even small. A board position working with the current Dean, and a Adjunct Professorship at the University of Montana, and refusal to recuse per Spreadbury I are subject to disciplinary action by the US federal courts. -ft....
