Comes now Plaintiff with notice of deprivation of Plaintiff 4th Amendment right by
Honomble US District Court for Montana in order dated 13 December 2011 with

TR. # 189 in aforementioned.

US District court al10wed a government subdivision, Defendant City of Hamilton
access to search, seize Plaintiff confidential and protected documents,
unreasonable in aforementioned. Well established, controlling authority, federal
statute indicate actions ofDistrict Court depriving Plaintiff established right 4th
Amendment US Constitution US v. Miller 425 US at 442 (1976).
This court has blamed release of confidential information on Plaintiff for filing this
action to redress injuries, deprivation within order (TR. #189) implying Plaintiff
invited rights deprivation. Court has no respect for US Constitution, statute, makes
no effort to protect Plaintiff established rights in 42 USC§ 1983. The improper
intrusion into Plaintiff confidential records by government not warranted in this
case, Court did not conduct show-cause hearing, oral argument on requirements of
Government defendant need for confidential information. Plaintiff pled for relief
of unlawful activity, ignored by US District Court.
Plaintiff notifies court of deprivation, irreparable damage without ability for
correction by Court of Appeals, even upon remand. Plaintiff indicates unlawful
activity of US District Court in aforementioned.
