Co-Defendant, Lee Enterprises, Inc. ("Lee Enterprises"), through its counsel,

Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, PLLP, moves the Court for an Amended Scheduling
Order (Dkt. 182) with respect to Plaintiff s claims against Lee Enterprises.
On December 13, 201l, this action was stayed as against Lee Enterprises,
pursuant to U.S.C. $ 326(aXl) (Dkt. 192). On January 30, 2012, the confirmed

Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan became effective, allowing the Automatic Stay to be

lifted.
Lee Enterprises requests the Court issue an Amended Scheduling Order as
pertains to Plaintiff s action against Lee Enterprises, with previous deadlines
extended 90 days to dates suitable to the Court's calendar.
