Defendant, Lee Enterprises, Inc. ("Lee Enterprises"), through its counsel,
Garlington, Lohn & Robinson, PLLP, respectfully requests the renewal and
consideration of its Motion for Summary Judgment and Supporting Brief (Dkt. #
108-
111).
On December I 3,2011, Lee Enterprises gave notice to the Court that it had

filed for bankruptcy under Chapter I I of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code the previous
day. An automatic stay in these proceedings resulted, and pending motions were
denied as moot, subject to renewal when the stay was lifted. (Dkt. 193).
On January 30, 2012, Lee Enterprises gave notice that the stay was lifted.
(Dkt. 204). Lee Enterprises hereby renews its pending Motion for Summary
Judgment
