Opposition to Plaintiff s Motion to Appoint Counsel (Dkt. l9), on the grounds that

it would be an abuse of discretion to grant Plaintiff s motion, as addressed in the
Joint Brief.
Counsel for Co-Defendant Lee Enterprises, Inc.. initially informed
