COMES NOW Defendant, Lee Enterprises, Inc. ("Lee Enterprises" or

These Motions are supported by the brief filed concurrently. Lee has
attempted to contact Plaintiff to determine whether he opposes these motions.
Although Plaintiff did not respond, based on prior filings, Lee assumes Plaintiff
