Defendant, Lee Enterprises, Inc. ("Lee Enterprises" or "Lee"), moves this Court to
strike Docket Nos. 279 and 280 filed by Plaintif{, Michael Spreadbury ("Spreadbury"),
pursuant to Local Rules 7. I (d)( I XD) and 56. 1(d), as these documents were filed in

support of Spreadbury's opposition to Lee's Motion for Summary Judgment, but filed

after the matter was fully briefed. Because the Court did not grant Spreadbury leave to

file the additional documents they should be stricken.
This motion is supported by Lee's Brief in Support of Motion to Strike Docket
Nos. 279 and 280, filed concurrently.

In accordance with Local Rule 7.1(c)(1), Pro Se Plaintiff has been contacted and

will

oppose this motion.
