Jury Verdict. This action came before the Court for a trial by jury. The issues
have been tried and the jury has rendered its verdict.

tried or heard and a decision has been rendered.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Bitterroot Public Library and City of
Hamilton’s request for an award of attorneys’ fees under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(a)(5)(A) is
GRANTED. As a result, Plaintiff shall pay Defendants $2,821.50, and this amount shall
be imposed as part of the final judgment ultimately entered in this case. See Williams v.
Locher, 2011 WL 2608604, *1 (D. Nev. 2011).
