Before the Court is Plaintiffs the Humane Society et al.’s Notice of
Satisfaction and Withdrawal of Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs. (Doc.
351.) Having received payment pursuant to the settlement agreement (Doc. 335),
the Human Society seeks dismissal of its pending fees motion (Doc. 317).
IT IS ORDERED that the Humane Society’s Motion (Doc. 317) is
DISMISSED with prejudice.
