Before the Court is the parties’ Stipulation to Dismiss. (Doc. 16.) The
parties have stipulated for the dismissal of the above-captioned action with
prejudice with each party paying its own fees and costs. (Id. at 2.) The Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure authorize a plaintiff to dismiss an action without a court
order by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared.
Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned matter is
DISMISSED with prejudice, with each party to bear its own fees and costs.
The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case file.
